Delete your account

1. Open Lifepin and sign in.
2. Go to More, then Privacy & safety.
3. Tap Pause or delete account, then Delete account.
4. Tap Delete my account to confirm.

Deleting the app from your phone doesn’t delete your account. If you only want a break, choose Pause account instead and come back any time.

What happens

• Hidden straight away

  You’re removed from matches and signed out on every device.

• Erased after 30 days

  Your profile, photos, answers and chats are erased. Sign back in before then to keep your account.

• PINs are lost

  Any PINs left in your account can’t be refunded.

• Some records are kept

  We keep the payment and safety records the law requires.
